Steps
Go to http://www.facebook.com/videocalling

Click on Get Started or do as shown in pictures below :- Click to Enlarge



Now save, Run and restart your browser. That’s it. Now you will see Video Calling option as shown below and enjoy





Now enjoy a Video Call with your facebook connection using Facebook Video Call.
